# Как рассчитываются P\&L и ROE%?

### PNL необходимо рассчитать по формуле <a href="#h_a597006081" id="h_a597006081"></a>

**Long position**

Unrealized PNL = position size \* direction of order \* ( **best bid price** - entry price)

**Short position**

Unrealized PNL = position size \* direction of order \* (**best ask price** - entry price)

### ROE% must be calculated based on the formula <a href="#h_5937989793" id="h_5937989793"></a>

**Long position**

ROE% = Unrealized PNL in USDT / entry margin = ( ( **best bid price** - entry Price ) \* direction of order \* size ) / (position\_amount \* contract\_multiplier \* mark\_price\* IMR）

**Short position**

ROE% = Unrealized PNL in USDT / entry margin = ( ( **best ask price** - entry Price ) \* direction of order \* size ) / (position\_amount \* contract\_multiplier \* mark\_price\* IMR)

In the settings, you can choose what to show by default: PNL or ROE.
